In the past, a session at Bartle was 10 nights; recently, it has been reduced to nine to permit an additional session, with no overlap in check-in and check-out between sessions. This is an idealized schedule: it does not include the “floating” Visitors’ Day—which used to occur only on Sundays—which is now set on either Saturday or Sunday, depending on the day of the session on which it falls. In sessions with two Sundays, the one for Visitors’ Day is arbitrarily set. The daily schedule is adjusted to accommodate for religious services on the non-Visitors’ Day Sunday.
