In addition to the following information, there are two paper handouts available to parents regarding Scout Camp.
A requirement of the Council is that each attendant at Bartle pass an annual physical an have a doctor’s record on file. For those who don’t have a physical on file, or need their exam renewed for the year, Dr. Fred DeFeo, MD (a Troop 30 Eagle Scout and current adult member), will be providing free physical exams. He will be providing them on an as-requested basis at the regular weekly meetings from somewhere in the middle of May through June, as his schedule permits. Although Fred has been available to give exams “in the parking lot” on the day we leave in previous years, there’s no guarantee that he’ll be able to do so this season, so you’re going to want to get in early to get it for free. Parental Consent forms must be signed and presented at the time of your physical.

| Mon, June 13 | Troop departs for Summer Camp. Our bus has been contracted for a 9:30am pickup. Please be in the church parking lot by 9am at the absolute latest. All camp fees must be paid in full before boarding the bus. Any boy who is not paid-up will be left behind. |
