Directions to H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation

Scout Camp is located outside Osceola, MO. The main entrance is on Highway Z near the intersection of Highways Z, C and U.

From Christ the King Church, Kansas City

• Wornall road South to I-435
• I-435 East to US-71
• US-71 South through Harrisonville to Highway 7 (~26 miles)
• Highway 7 South into Clinton to Highway 13 (~40 miles)
• Highway 14 South past Deepwater to C Highway (~16 miles)
• Turn Left onto C Highway and go Z Highway (~12 miles)
• Turn Right onto Z Highway and go South through Iconium (~0.2 miles)
• Turn right at the Iconium Cemetery and go West to enter the Reservation.

After entering the Reservation, you can get to the three camps by following the camp road. Camp Piercing Arrow (Frontier) has its own entrance before “chapel row”, approximately 0.5 miles from the reservation entrance. After the chapels, there is the entrance to Camp Sawmill, followed by the long-term parking (used by Sawmill & Lone Star), then Camp Lone Star (Wigwam) at the end of the road.
