Troop 30 is a youth-led Scouts BSA Family Troop where both male and female Scouts build character, develop leadership skills, and discover the excitement of the outdoors. Established in 1931 and proudly chartered by the Shannon Sportsman Club, our troop provides a safe, welcoming environment where every Scout is encouraged to learn, lead, serve, and succeed.

As a Family Troop, we welcome both boys and girls while providing a program that emphasizes youth leadership, personal growth, outdoor adventure, and living by the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Every Scout has the opportunity to lead, advance, and build lifelong friendships through meaningful experiences.
